Job Description

As Project Manager you will develop a project plan, allocate resources, set a budget, follow up and report on the status of the projects. You assess the risks and take necessary actions, you participate and lead steering groups, you oversee that procedures/processes/policies are followed correctly. You stimulate and coordinate knowledge transfers within and cross projects.
You will be involved in Commercial and Account Management activities such as: demo’s, reviewing project plans, leading negotiations with customers and integrators. Towards existing customers you are the main contact during the implementation project. To improve the service to our clients you undertake pro-actively actions. You develop and maintain a network within the sector.
As Project Management expert, you take initiative to improve our Project Management methodology in order to guarantee successful implementations. You monitor the processes and insure the uniformity and consistency of the used methodology.
You contribute to internal organization policies and issues and are co-responsible for the internal steering of Business Consultants.

Your Profile

• You have a proven experience in Project Management of ERP implementation projects; preferably you have knowledge of the leasing business.  
• You have a Master degree in economics or equivalent
• You are a good negotiator, with high level of diplomacy and emotional intelligence; able to negotiate on a strategic, higher level
• You have very strong organizational skills
• You are a People Manager: coaching, motivating and influencing co-workers
• You are hands-on, with an analytical mind, creative and result-oriented
• You are fluent in Dutch, English and French, knowledge of other European languages is a plus
• You have a commercial attitude, you are able to build a strong long-term relation with the customer
• You have a positive mind
• You are prepared to travel (up to 50%)
