You are the focal point towards our customers:

  • You handle the ticket intake: you analyze the problem, ask the customer the appropriate questions in order to qualify the ticket and assign it within the Support department.
  • You follow up the progress of the tickets, you monitor the planning and you inform the customer about the status on a regular basis
  • You inform the customers about general matters

You are responsible for a number of supportive tasks:

  • You follow up the KPI’s and report on a regular basis to management, you monitor the SLA’s
  • You ensure a correct time registration and a proper billing to our customers
  • You develop new and improve existing procedures within the Support department; you are responsible for the monitoring of those procedures.
  • You are responsible for the planning of resources within support

Your Profile

  • You have a master or bachelor degree in computer sciences or economics
  • You have a good knowledge of MS office, especially in MS-Excel and a basic knowledge of BI reporting
  • You are an excellent planner and have an excellent time management; you are flexible, stress-resistant and a go-getter
  • You have a client driven approach and strong communication skills. You communicate perfectly in Dutch, English and French
  • Knowledge of Lotus Notes is a plus
  • Experience within an IT support department is a plus
