• You have a Masters’ degree in economics/commercial sciences or commercial engineer.

As BUSINESS CONSULTANT you will be part of Sofico Services, a dynamic team, where motivation, creativity, openness and initiative are key. You will have the role of strategic advisor towards clients: thinking about their present and future situation, making functional analysis, thinking in terms of optimisation of business processes and performing the translation into project plans, managing the implementation of the software. As BUSINESS ANALYST within the Development team you are responsible for analyzing the business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications. You will have to understand the users' needs, decide on technical and functional solutions to be implemented, work according to the agreed methodologies to ensure correctness and full understanding of business requirements and make sure the analysis fits the product philosophy. You are responsible to follow up and coordinate the complete development process: analyse – design – development and testing, you will support colleagues in other departments on functional and technical matters.

As SUPPORT SPECIALIST your main task is to provide an optimal service to our customers. Therefore you will acquire a thorough functional knowledge of the leasing business. You will support all Sofico products, this will include the following responsibilities: analyze and solve the customers' functional and technical problems, take initiatives to keep customers’ satisfaction very high, be involved in small projects and occasionally offer on-site consulting.

2. MASTER & BACHELOR INFORMATICS

Sofico is looking for strengthening it’s Development division. We offer young graduates an ambitious job and the possibility to learn and further develop their skills. We have constantly lots of opportunities for Masters and Bachelors Informatics. You will start as Developer and will have the opportunity to develop your skills and gain experience in other development domains such as: Analysis, Design and Quality Control.
You will be working on an innovative ERP-product. Starting from a design in UML, you will translate analyses in specific programming terms: you will build components in Java, using all the latest methods and techniques. You will define and work out technical documentation of the product and the introduced changes, in order to maximize the transfer of knowledge within the organization and deliver output for the semi-technical information for clients.

• You have a Masters’ or Bachelors’ degree in informatics.
• You have knowledge of OO-development and specifically Java, J2EE is a plus.
• You are fluent in English and Dutch.
• You are stress-resistant, flexible and eager to learn.
• You are dynamic, creative, flexible, pressure-resistant and an excellent team player.
• You have excellent communication skills
