In complement to our own service and support
units, we continue to establish a network of
service partners (integrators) in order to expand
and enhance our implementation and support capacity
and quality through local presence. Simultaneously
we strengthen our global market presence.
Broader offering in Services with Regional Business
Expertise
It is obvious that local offices with local
personnel are able to provide an approach more
in tune with local market and business practices.
Sofico partners also enrich the project with
their native culture and language. By teaming
up with integrators, who have leasing and fleet
management expertise and who are specialized
in project implementation, our projects can
achieve a quicker time to market.
A local help desk will also optimize customer
support after golive and will enable Sofico
to provide faster response.
Ideal Sofico Integrators
We expect the integrator to provide first line
customer support, account management and end-user
training.
Since one of Sofico’s mission principles
is independence, we have decided that no exclusivity
for integrators is given nor requested. The
customer always has the final say in selecting
the integrator.
Integrators can be large multinational IT consulting
companies, smaller local integrators or even
individual specialists. The local integrator
can be a third party partner selected by the
customer or proposed by Sofico, a selected team
from Sofico Services or the customer’s
internal integrator (a dedicated team of specialists).
