Sofico Services offers flexible and cost-reducing hosting and ASP solutions where the full application management, maintenance, security and support of your Miles project is guaranteed.

Customers will not have to make investments in hardware equipment and extra staff to assure the day-to-day management. In this case, the software will be hosted on hardware at Sofico and the Customer will access the software via internet or fixed line.

• Hardware system hosting:
  The hardware is installed in Sofico’s server room. This facility is secured with electronic access control and registration system, industrial air conditioning, argonite fire extinction installation and UPS (Universal Power Supply) support.
• Back–up and recovery facility (recovery within 8 working hours in case of major incident). The backup tapes are being kept in a safe location, outside Sofico.
• The server is connected to a 100 Mbit network segment and connected to the Sofico Firewall
• Database software and standard maintenance
• Data base management
• Third party software (Operating System, back-up, network management, etc) and standard maintenance
• System and disk space monitoring
• Guaranteed up time (95% of office hours)
