Sofico’s headquarters are based in Belgium from where product development and distribution are managed.

Our strategic decision to separate product development from support services has resulted in the set-up of two wholly owned local service units in our home markets. We have Sofico Services in Belgium for the Benelux, Sofico Services in the UK and Sofico Services Australia in Sydney to serve the Australian, New Zealand and South-East Asian markets.

These subsidiaries are organized as service divisions to ensure a closer relationship with our customers.

Sofico Services provide business consultancy, customer care and helpdesk support to insure faultless implementation projects and to guide, counsel, assist and follow-up on our customers after go-live. Our experienced service teams are professional specialists, they apply their business and technology expertise in solutions and implementations based upon Sofico software.
