As Functional Support Consultant you will be part of the 2nd line support team, offering consulting and support for our software ‘Miles’:

• You will maintain contacts with experts within Quality Control and with 1st line support 
• You will analyze the clients' complex functional issues and offer an appropriate and correct solution
• You will be involved in internal and external projects, and occasionally offer on-site consulting

Your Profile

• You have a masters’ or bachelors’ degree in economics, engineering or computer sciences
• You have a good knowledge of business processes; preferably you have experience with ERP software
• Experience with functional analyses, software implementation projects or 2nd line support is a plus
• You have an analytical mind: you understand and analyze problems and find the best solutions.
• You are a team player, flexible, stress-resistant and a go-getter
• You have a strong client-driven approach
• You have perfect communication skills and are fluent in Dutch and English (French is a plus)
• Knowledge of leasing- and fleet management is a plus
• You are prepared to travel occasionally
