As Support Consultant you will handle all functional and/or technical complex problems regarding Sofico’s ERP software Miles.

• As you will be part of the 2nd line support, you will maintain contacts with experts within Quality Control and with the IT Manager at the client side.
• You will analyze the clients’ technical issues and offer an appropriate and correct solution
• You will take initiatives to keep customers’ satisfaction very high and build an excellent relationship with our clients
• You will be involved in small projects, and occasionally offer on-site consulting

Your Profile

• You have a degree in computer sciences or economics and a relevant professional experience.
• You have a good knowledge of databases (Oracle, SQL server,…), application servers (Websphere, Weblogic,…) OR knowledge of business processes 
• You have an analytical mind: you understand and analyze the clients' problem and you are an excellent problem solver
• You are flexible, stress-resistant and a go-getter
• You have a client driven approach
• You have strong communication skills and communicate perfectly in Dutch, English and French
• Knowledge of the leasing business and/or experience with other ERP software are a plus
• We expect you to be a team player and capable of rapidly learning and maintaining new technologies
• You are prepared to travel occasionally
