Job Description

As part of the Documentation & Training Department you'll be responsible for the creation and update of the implementation-, technical- and end-user documentation and training material for our new product MILES.
Translating manuals and documentations into your native language French will be one of your most important responsibilities.  
You'll organise trainings for SOFICO's implementation partners and end-users. For end-users the training will be oriented towards the use of SOFICO's software through a “Train the Trainer” approach. Implementation partners need to be trained in the functionality, set-up and configuration of our products in order to assure quality implementations.

Your Profile

• You have a degree in languages, preferably French/English/Dutch, and are IT minded.
• Language knowledge: French native, English and Dutch. Knowledge of German or any other European language is an asset. You have excellent written skills in French.
• Preferably you have 1 year of experience as a technical writer in a multinational environment or as a translator English/French.
• Knowledge of or experience with Enterprise Content Management Systems is a plus.
• You are an experienced user of MS Office. Acquaintance with single source documentation tools, translation tools and/or HTML is a plus.
• You are a team player with an excellent social attitude, open and communicative and have excellent communication skills.
• You are an organiser and co-ordinator and work accurate and precise.
